The home is very well landscaped.
I like that there is a transition, however slight, into the living room. Also, there is a coat closet on the right when you walk in.
The bathroom was recently updated, and we aren’t planning on doing much to it, at least not immediately. This is the one room in the home we are not planning on painting before we move in.
As expected, this is where the majority of our efforts will go before we move in. New floor, new countertop, new hardware, new appliances…you get the idea.
Our bedroom faces the street, so serious window treatments are required.
Among other things, the basement was a major reason we bought this home. This has been officially named the Man Room.
The patio is already there, we just have to tend to it.
